All-around gymnast Jessica Johanson has social media loving one particular thing about her. Unfortunately, or fortunately, it has little to do with her talent.
The graduate student, an all-around star from West Hartford, Connecticut, is a star at Penn State. It was a place near and dear to her. She stated she chose the college for the “atmosphere and spirit of the gymnastics program.”
“As soon as I met the coaches and the team, I knew that this is where I want to continue my athletic and academic career,” she finished.

Earlier this week, Jessica Johanson gained an entirely new fan base because of what her school posted. After scoring in a recent event, the team’s X account posted a short video of her to announce her scoring. Unlike the other girls on the team, one part of her body was much more noticeable to fans. Soon, the video would go viral as men pointed out her lower region and how much it poked out in her leotard.

Social Media Finds Jessica Johanson’s Instagram
Jessica Johanson was born to do gymnastics. She certainly put in the work. She was a member of the Gymnastics Express and was a Level 10 National qualifier in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021, and 2022.
As a freshman, she competed in ten meets and scored 9.800 or better five times on vault and six times on bars. In her second year, she was named a Preseason Big Ten Gymnast to Watch, Big Ten Distinguished Scholar, and Academic All-Big Ten. That year, she competed in 14 meets and set career-best scores in the all-around, bars, beam, and floor.
After she went viral online, her school deleted her video that brought attention to her lower region. However, persistent fans found her on Instagram.
