On March 3, 2024, at approximately 2:16 AM, what began as a welfare check on a woman sleeping on the steps of a local deli spiraled into one of the most chaotic and verbally abusive arrests of the year. Officers on patrol discovered the heavily intoxicated female, identified as Angelina, and initially attempted to offer her a safe ride home. However, the situation deteriorated the moment she demanded to urinate on the public sidewalk.

Bodycam footage captures the suspect’s rapid mood swing from groggy compliance to belligerent defiance. When officers refused to let her relieve herself on the steps, Angelina launched into a nonsensical legal tirade, citing nonexistent statutes. “I know what 2.42 means voluntarily… you did not point me of obligation!” she slurred, insisting that because officers wouldn’t let her urinate publicly, they were legally required to “clean up my pee.”

The encounter turned physical when she attempted to walk away into traffic. As officers moved to detain her for her own safety, the “legal expert” act vanished, replaced by high-pitched screaming and physical resistance. “I’m literally going to make sure I sue all of you!” she shrieked while being handcuffed. Inside the patrol vehicle, the aggression escalated as she violently kicked at the windows and officers, forcing them to transport her directly to the hospital for evaluation.

The chaos followed her into the emergency room. Footage shows the suspect thrashing wildly on the gurney, attempting to bite medical staff and officers, and screaming threats about their families. “I will make sure your mother dies!” she yelled while fighting against restraints. Medical personnel and police were eventually forced to strap her legs and arms to the bed to prevent injury to herself and others.

Angelina was subsequently charged with Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest, and Aggravated Assault on a Police Officer due to the biting attempt.
